- Execute SAP transactions, perform order validations, and analyze transaction history and supporting documentation to ensure accurate records and material traceability.
- Capture and review photographic documentation while supporting issue resolution through First Line Tracker activities and exception handling processes.
- Decontaminate and process a wide variety of medical devices, equipment configurations, towers, and kits in accordance with contamination control requirements.
- Support cross-training initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and LEAN activities that enhance operational efficiency and workflow effectiveness.
- Assist with workload prioritization, risk escalation, and overtime support as business needs require.
What You Bring

- 0-1 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, manufacturing, inventory control, returns processing, or a related environment.
- Ability to learn SAP transactions and follow detailed work instructions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience with a focus on documentation accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional teamwork.
Nice to Have
- Some college coursework, technical training, or vocational education related to logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
- Experience working in a regulated, quality-driven environment such as medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with FDA, OSHA, ISO, or similar compliance requirements.
- Exposure to LEAN principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
What Will Make You Successful
- A strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance in all aspects of your work.
- The ability to consistently follow standardized processes while maintaining accuracy and productivity.
- Excellent attention to detail when handling materials, processing transactions, and maintaining documentation.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates across multiple functions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, workload demands, and operational needs.
- A proactive approach to identifying issues, resolving problems, and contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
