Supervises the SPD Technicians' day-to-day activities. Ensures that adequate quantities of supplies are available when needed. Maintains the patient charge system and SPD production and sterilizer records. Assists the department director in budget preparation. Education And CredentialsHigh School diploma or equivalent. American Hospital Training Course for Central Service Technicians. Nationally certified as a Sterile Processing & Distribution Technician with current certification.
