IT Pharmacist I

Job Description#### #### Participates in the build, implementation, integration and maintenance of automation and technology to assure safe and appropriate use of medications. Monitors medication treatment and improves medical outcomes, improving patient safety, minimizing adverse effects and helping control costs. Coordinates input from pharmacy (and other disciplines as needed) into system design and coordinates necessary decisions related to system operations in the pharmacy department.#### Education And Credentials #### #### Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PHARMD - Doctor of Pharmacy required.
