Customer Service Representative (CSR) Kaizen Collision Center – Mesa, AZ Full-Time | $19–$24/Hour WE'RE HIRING! JOIN OUR MESA TEAM! Kaizen Collision Center is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Representative who can handle a fast-paced front office and deliver excellent customer service. If you're great with people, can multitask, and know how to keep things running smoothly, we want you on our team! Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer phones, and schedule appointments
• Manage vehicle check-ins and customer updates
• Assist with insurance questions and payments
• Maintain records and support daily office operations

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using computers
• Automotive or collision repair experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
