Customer Service Representative (CSR) Kaizen Collision Center – Phoenix, AZ Full-Time | $19–$24/Hour WE NEED A CSR WHO CAN HANDLE IT ALL! Can you juggle multiple priorities, solve problems on the spot, and take charge without being told what to do? Kaizen Collision Center in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a sharp, organized, and dependable CSR who knows how to get things done and deliver outstanding customer service. We need someone who takes initiative, stays on top of the details, and gets results! Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus! What You'll Do

• Answer phones, greet customers, and schedule appointments
• Manage vehicle check-ins and customer updates
• Assist with insurance questions and payments
• Support daily office operations

What We Need

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Dependable, organized, and professional
• Computer skills; automotive experience preferred
• Valid driver's license
