Position Details: Student Position Supervisory Responsability: No Work Schedule: Not to exceed 30 hours/week when school is in session. International students schedules not to exceed 20 hours/week when school is in session. Supervised By: Manager/Building Maintenance **Clase Date:**Oct. 31 **Application Requirements:**Union application Pay Rate: \$10.15/hour Key Functions: - Assist in repairing equipment and structural items in and around the Union building. - Assist in troubleshooting leaks, stoppages, and inadequate supply or faulty operations of water, steam, gas, and airlines. Make appropriate repairs to help prevent future occurrences. - Maintain a safe environment in the shop by cleaning and maintaining area. - Assist cleaning the plaza, painting, staining, varnishing, fixing light fixtures, and emergency lights\ testing.
