JYP America supports the company’s U.S. operations and collaborates with teams across artist management, marketing, production, and business functions to deliver high-quality experiences for artists, partners, and fans.

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee domestic and international logistics operations, including order fulfillment, inventory coordination, vendor management, and process improvement. You will manage logistics partners, monitor shipments and inventory, and resolve operational issues to keep deliveries on schedule.

This role will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage domestic and international inbound and outbound shipments and end-to-end order fulfillment.
• Oversee 3PL logistics, warehouse, and carrier partners to ensure timely and accurate operations.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, shipment status, and service levels, proactively addressing delays and resolving operational issues.
• Manage shipping documentation, returns, claims, and delivery-related issue resolution with internal teams and logistics partners.
• Audit freight and logistics invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors and carriers.
• Track and analyze logistics KPIs to identify opportunities to reduce costs, shorten lead times, and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain logistics workflows and procedures to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Partner with internal teams to plan and execute logistics for merchandise launches, events, artist activities, and other business initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.
• 8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Experience managing 3PL providers, logistics vendors, and domestic and international shipments.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, shipping operations, and supply chain processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating customs clearance and import/export documentation.
• Experience managing high-volume or time-sensitive shipments for product launches, tours, or events.
• Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory tracking systems.

Annual Base Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
