General Laborer-Manufacturing

Entry-Level Manufacturing / General Laborer CR Machine - Billerica MA (100% on-site) CR Machine is seeking an Entry-Level Manufacturing / General Laborer to support various manufacturing and production activities throughout the facility. This is a hands-on position involving a variety of tasks and provides an opportunity to learn different aspects of a precision manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: - Deburr and finish machined parts to remove sharp edges and imperfections - Mark and identify parts according to production requirements - Perform basic polishing and finishing of metal components - Wash and clean parts using established procedures - Perform basic TIG welding on small parts, as needed - Assist with various production and shop activities as assigned - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Follow established safety and quality procedures Qualifications: - Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply - Manufacturing, machine shop, welding, or metalworking experience is a plus - Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn - Ability to use basic hand tools and follow work instructions - Good attention to detail and commitment to quality - Ability to work effectively in a hands-on manufacturing environment Interviews: - On-site (meet w/Hiring Mgrs and Team) Contract: convert after 6 months Current hours are Monday - Thursday; 6am-4:30pm (10.5 hr days). Friday is optional or as needed. This may change shortly, going back to Monday-Friday (8hr days).
