Original job description
About JustPark JustPark is the premier partner offering both B2B solutions for destinations and B2C services for drivers. From venues and councils to private driveways, our platform makes it simple for drivers to find, book, and pay for parking - while empowering our operating partners to deliver exceptional parking experiences. We are two trailblazing companies become one. ParkHub revolutionized event parking in the US, optimizing venue operations for a smoother, stress-free experience. JustPark transformed parking in the UK, turning the hunt for a spot into a simple, seamless task. Together we offer a full-service, frictionless parking solution for both businesses and consumers.
About the role This is a pure outbound role. You own a defined list of target accounts, you build and enrich that list yourself, and you get on the phone. Nobody hands you a queue of inbound leads. You may have done this as a BDR or an SDR elsewhere - what matters here is that the motion is outbound and account-based. Your accounts sit on the supply side of our business - the places that have parking and want to run it better. You will prospect both segments: events and arenas (stadiums, arenas, theaters and festival sites, our upmarket segment) and everyday parking (municipalities, commercial real estate, hotels and valet operations). Your buyers are parking directors, general managers, venue operations leads, asset and property managers, and city parking authorities. You will sit with the Commercial team out of our Dallas–Fort Worth hub and report to the SDR Manager. Every qualified meeting you book hands off to an Account Executive. You get a manager whose entire job is coaching you, call reviews built around getting better rather than being graded, and a clear path to an AE seat for those who earn it.
Requirements
Position Responsibilities:
- Make 75–100 outbound calls a day into your target account list, in dedicated call blocks, every day
- Build and enrich your own target account lists, and research accounts before you dial - who runs parking, what they operate, what is likely breaking
- Run email and LinkedIn touches alongside the phone that reference something real about the account, not a template with a merge field
- Qualify for genuine fit and hand off meetings to the AE team with notes an AE can actually use; hit your monthly target for meetings booked and held
- Keep Salesforce accurate and current - every account, contact, activity and outcome logged the same day
- Review your own calls in Gong before coaching sessions, and apply what you and your manager agree on
- Feed objections, competitor mentions and language that lands back to the team so the whole floor gets sharper
Who thrives here We hire for four things, and we interview for all four.
- Growth mindset. You treat a bad week as information, not a verdict, and change your approach rather than your explanation.
- Team player. You share the email that worked and the objection that stumped you, and celebrate someone else’s meeting without measuring it against yours.
- Daily work ethic. The dials happen whether or not you feel like it. Consistency over a quarter builds a pipeline; one heroic week does not.
- Coachability. You come to a call review having already listened to the call, try the feedback on the very next dial, and come back with what happened.
What success looks like
- By day 30 - You know the product set, both segments and the buyer personas well enough to hold a call unscripted, and have worked up to full dial volume. First meeting booked.
- By day 60 - You are at 75–100 dials a day consistently, own your target account list, and are booking meetings AEs accept without rework.
- By day 90 - You are hitting your full monthly meeting target and contributing messaging that other reps adopt.
Requirements
- Based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area with the ability to work from the office on anchor days; US work authorization
- 1–3 years in outbound business development, inside sales or lead generation at a B2B organization - recent graduates are welcome to apply if you can show us the work ethic and coachability this role runs on
- Comfortable on the phone with senior people, and comfortable being told no several times before you are told yes
- Clear, concise communication - you can write a four-line email that gets a reply
- Organized enough to hold a live account list, a sequence calendar and a full dial day without dropping any of it
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and comfort with sales intelligence and enrichment tools
- Nice to have: Gong or similar call intelligence; exposure to events, hospitality, commercial real estate, municipal government, parking or venue technology; SaaS sales experience
Where this role leads The SDR seat is the entry point into the Commercial team, not a holding pen. The usual path is SDR to Account Executive, earned by consistently hitting your meeting target, qualifying properly rather than just booking, and winning the trust of the AEs you hand off to. Senior SDR and team lead routes exist too.
