- Data & Business Partnership – With your team, analyze travel and expense data for trends and savings; act as a travel business partner to key managers, business leaders and influential stakeholders, providing bespoke data on their teams' travel so they can make decisions that drive business impact
- Expense Management – Own the expense process and tool configuration end to end, including Concur and Navan, with your team serving as expense admin approvers; partner with Finance on reimbursement, forms of payment and transactions
- Supplier Management – Build strong relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels and vendors; negotiate competitive rates and services
- Traveler Communications & Training – Create internal marketing, comms and trainings that influence traveler behavior, educate travelers on best practices for the business, introduce new products, tools and services, and support change management
- Traveler Support – Make sure your team delivers great travel solutions for employees, candidates, relocations, guests and consultants; step in on escalations
- Travel Risk – Monitor travel restrictions and risk, and communicate changes proactively to the firm
- Office Visit Coordination – Share traveler volume with regional Workplace Services Managers and People Ops to ensure productive, enjoyable office visits
- Professional Development – Attend industry conferences, webinars and trainings to stay ahead in travel management
- Other duties as assigned or needed
