POSITION TITLE: Data Engineer
Judge Technical Services Inc.

(role may telecommute from unanticipated locations in the US)
POSITION DUTIES: Design and maintain infrastructure for data storage, data processing, and data analysis, primarily leveraging AWS technologies. Build and optimize data lakes and data warehouses using Amazon S3 and Amazon Athena to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis. Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines utilizing tools such as AWS Glue, AWS Data Pipeline, and Apache Spark. Ingest data blocks and subforms using Python, AWS, SQL, and other services. Coordinate with business partners and stakeholders to create queries leveraging new data sources. Design and implement data modernization solutions to decrease time to insights, increase available data and data refresh rates, and reduce costs. Apply expertise in database programming, information systems design and development, big data technologies including Hadoop, web mining, and data science to support business analytics and risk management objectives. Role may telecommute from unanticipated locations in the United States.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or Related Field and 24 months of experience as Business Intelligence Analyst or related Data Science/Architecture Occupation.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires experience building and maintaining end-to-end ETL pipelines to ensure consistent and accurate data flow across systems. Requires experience developing and optimizing complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation. Requires experience integrating and standardizing data from multiple enterprise systems to create unified datasets supporting analytics and business intelligence use cases. Role may telecommute from unanticipated locations in the United States.
