About JP2 Logistics JP2 Logistics is a growing FedEx contractor building a strong, safety-focused team. Our terminal is located at 2000 S Walnut St, Burlington, WA 98233.

Pay & Benefits

• $18/hour
• No prior experience required - will train on the job
• Performance pay increases evaluated quickly with a path to full time driver
• Biweekly pay

Schedule & Hours Start at 7:30 AM and work until dispatch is complete. Full-Time: Tue–Sat, Sun–Thu, or Wed–Sun Part-Time: 2–4 days/week with 1 weekend day required Operations run Monday–Sunday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist drivers loading trucks according to package load plan
• Help Operations Lead ensure loaded routes dispatch on time without packages left behind
• Assist drivers with pre-trip vehicle inspections

Required Qualifications

• Must pass a background check and be willing to submit to ongoing an employer-paid drug testing
