What You'll Do:

• Manage & Grow Your Territory: Prospect, network, and close premium residential service contracts.

• Consult & Inspect: Meet with homeowners on-site, inspect properties, and build customized property solutions.

• Deliver 5-Star Service: Follow up after jobs to ensure 100% client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

• Collaborate: Work closely with our operations team to ensure jobs are completed seamlessly.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of success in B2C outside sales or account management.

• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and closing skills.

• Comfortable speaking with affluent clientele.

• 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Tech-comfortable and eager to learn the green industry.

• ISA certification.
