Experienced Tree Climber

Joshua Tree Experts, the premier tree care provider in Dallas, is seeking an experienced Tree Climber / Arboricultural Specialist to join our dedicated team.

As a key member of a 2- to 4-person crew, you will play a crucial role in tree pruning, removals, and overall tree preservation. Climbers are essential to our day-to-day operations-ensuring work is executed safely, equipment is maintained, and communication remains seamless between crew members, clients, and the local community.

What You'll Do:

• Technical Execution: Safely perform tree removals, structural pruning, and preservation techniques.

• On-Site Coordination: Collaborate with the Crew Leader, direct Ground Operations Specialists, and communicate effectively with team members.

• Client & Public Relations: Represent Joshua Tree Experts professionally on job sites, providing friendly and responsive customer service.

• Equipment Care: Maintain assigned tools, climbing gear, vehicles, and operate aerial lifts safely.

• Safety & Compliance: Actively uphold our safety-first culture on every job site.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional tree climbing experience.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (Degree in Forestry, Horticulture, or related field is a major plus).

• Skills: Strong understanding of aerial lift operations, rigging, and safe tree care practices.

• Licensure & Credentials: Valid Driver's License required; ISA Certified Arborist credential is highly desirable.

• Availability: Full-time (minimum 40 hours/week).
