Machine Operator (Level ll 2nd shift)

The machine operator will operate and maintain complex production machinery, troubleshoot issues, and support production goals while following all safety and quality standards.

This role also assists with training less experienced operators and contributing to process improvements.

Duties:

Operate and set up assigned machines with minimal supervision according to standard operating procedures Identify and report machine malfunctions and the need for minor repairs Load and unload materials into machines Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications Train and mentor less experienced machine operators Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Complete and maintain accurate production documentation and logs Assist with routine machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication Participate in process improvement initiatives Recommend process improvements Perform other duties as assigned
