Machine Operator (1st Shift - Level 3)

The level 3 machine operator will oversee the operation of multiple machines, support the training of other operators, and help ensure efficiency and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Duties Operate and set up multiple machines according to standard operating procedures as needed Identify and report machine malfunctions and the need for minor repairs Conduct machine inspections and support the preventative maintenance process Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications Assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality Load and unload materials into machines Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Complete and maintain accurate production documentation and logs Assist with routine machine maintenance such as cleaning and lubrication as needed Participate in process improvement initiatives

Recommend process improvement

Perform other duties as assigned

Responsibilities

Support the training and mentoring of other machine operator

Shift 1st shift: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday, with rotating Wednesdays
