Entry-Level Machine Operator (1st Shift)

KP Staffing Garland is now hiring entry-level machine operators in Forney, TX!

The machine operator will operate and maintain production machinery to support efficient and accurate manufacturing processes.

This role focuses on basic machine operation, quality checks, safety compliance, and production support.

Duties Operate assigned machines according to standard operating procedures Load and unload materials into machines Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed Perform basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications Identify and report machine malfunctions or quality issues to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and procedures Complete basic production documentation and logs Assist with routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning and lubrication Use PDA to request and send materials to specific work areas Open boxes with materials, sort materials, and transfer them to designated areas Manage disposal of solid waste including boxes, plastic wrap, and foam Perform other duties as assigned

Shift:

1st shift: 6 a.m. - 6 p.m., Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday, with rotating Wednesdays
