Lead multiple concurrent technology projects, including infrastructure upgrades, modernization initiatives, and system improvements.
Develop project scopes, requirements, schedules, resource plans, and estimates.
Evaluate technologies and recommend solutions that improve security, performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Coordinate project implementation with district departments, technology teams, vendors, and consultants.
Prepare technical reports and communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.
