Job Description

Basic Qualifications:

• The candidate needs to have at least a Bachelor's degree and 9 years of related IT work experience. 9 years of experience with a high school diploma or college course work may be substituted for a degree.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies
• Good team working skills and meticulous attention to detail is a must
• Understanding of web standards, accessibility, (Section 508), and usability
• Must be able to obtain a USPS clearance
• Possess expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite and basic proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
• 9 years in proven Web Design experience
