Whether you're an experienced financial planning professional or an emerging advisor ready to grow, you'll have the training, support, and established client relationships to build a rewarding future.
An established and growing wealth management firm is seeking a personable, motivated, and client-focused Wealth Advisor to join its expanding Pittsburgh team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building meaningful client relationships, providing financial guidance, and helping individuals and families achieve their long-term financial goals.
The firm offers a structured training program, established processes, and the opportunity to develop professionally within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Candidates are not required to bring an existing book of business.
What You Will Do
- Manage and develop relationships with an established client base, providing personalized financial guidance and ongoing support.
- Conduct annual client reviews to evaluate financial plans, investment portfolios, and changing financial needs.
- Review client portfolios and identify opportunities for investment enhancements, adjustments, and additional planning strategies.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, investment strategies, and overall financial planning needs.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and expand services based on clients' evolving financial goals.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, knowledgeable, and professional support.
- Collaborate with other advisors and internal team members to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Follow established financial planning processes and firm-specific procedures.
What You Will Bring
- Approximately 1–5 years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or a related field.
- Series 65 license preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Experience working with financial plans, investment portfolios, and client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and establish rapport.
- A client-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping individuals and families achieve their financial goals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple client relationships and priorities.
- A willingness to learn, adapt, and follow established processes and procedures.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
What Will Set You Apart
- CFP® or CFA designation, or progress toward obtaining one.
- Previous experience conducting client meetings, annual reviews, and portfolio assessments.
- Background as a Paraplanner, Financial Planning Associate, Wealth Management Consultant, or Associate Advisor.
- Ability to identify additional planning opportunities and recognize ways to enhance client relationships.
- A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to embrace new ideas, processes, and technology.
- Someone who is humble, personable, hardworking, and confident without being overly aggressive.
- A team-oriented professional who enjoys collaborating and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Why Consider This Opportunity?
- Structured Training Program: Receive hands-on training and mentorship designed to help you develop into a successful Wealth Advisor.
