Original job description
- You will start up, operate, and maintain the air separation plant along with associated tanks, controls, and truck fill systems to ensure safe and efficient performance
- Maintain industrial chillers and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, troubleshooting and repairing equipment to sustain reliability
- Monitor process performance, adjust parameters to correct deviations, and interpret process documentation including piping and instrumentation diagrams and electrical schematics
- Additionally, perform lockout and tagout procedures, oversee contractors as needed, and prepare projects that enhance facility availability and reliability
- Take responsibility for coordinating planned maintenance, performing preventive maintenance tasks, and supporting production and liquid supply needs through a combination of office and field work
- Furthermore, manage and support three production technicians while responding to unplanned events and making technical decisions in partnership with the Associate Director of Operations
