This opportunity supports mission-critical information systems through secure, reliable application engineering and close collaboration with Government stakeholders. Employment on this program is contingent on award, customer approval, funding, and applicable position activation.

What you will do

· Administer, configure, maintain and troubleshoot SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists and Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions.

· Develop and support workflows, forms and integrations using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

· Manage site permissions, access controls, governance settings and secure information sharing in accordance with approved policies.

· Collaborate with business users to assess requirements, deliver enhancements and improve site functionality and usability.

· Maintain documentation, resolve support issues and coordinate changes with Azure/Entra administrators and application teams.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years developing and supporting SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 environments. Microsoft certifications preferred, not required.

Preferred technical qualifications

· Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, permissions, information architecture, Microsoft Entra ID and governance.

Work schedule and site requirements

Regular support hours are 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday. Personnel are expected onsite five days a week during an approximately two-month acclimation period. Following that period, and subject to Government authorization, the schedule generally requires at least two days onsite weekly with up to three days telework; the customer may increase onsite requirements up to five days. Occasional evening, weekend, or special-event work may be needed with advance notice.
