Take your wealth management career to the next level with an organization that provides the marketing support, qualified opportunities, and resources you need to succeed. Focus on building relationships, educating clients, and delivering financial solutions while growing your career and earning potential.

An established and growing wealth management firm is seeking a driven, personable, and results-oriented Senior Wealth Advisor to lead business development efforts in its expanding Pittsburgh office.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys building relationships, educating prospective clients, and helping individuals and families develop strategies for their financial future.

The firm provides established marketing systems, qualified warm leads, and a structured training program, allowing you to focus on developing relationships and growing the business without relying on cold calling or bringing an existing book of business.

What You Will Do

  • Develop new client relationships by engaging with qualified prospects generated through established marketing and lead-generation programs.
  • Conduct initial consultations and discovery meetings to understand prospective clients' financial goals, needs, and priorities.
  • Present comprehensive wealth management and financial planning solutions tailored to individual client circumstances.
  • Lead educational seminars and community presentations to generate awareness and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build trust and establish long-term relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and consultative selling.
  • Guide prospects through the onboarding process and successfully convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through additional financial planning and investment solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal advisors and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Consistently manage your pipeline, follow up with prospects, and work toward established business development goals.

What You Will Bring

  • Approximately 1–5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advising, financial services, or a related client-facing sales role.
  • Series 65 license preferred or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, communicate financial concepts, and develop business opportunities.
  • Experience conducting client or prospect meetings and presenting financial solutions.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach with the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
  • Confidence in presenting financial strategies and guiding prospective clients through important financial decisions.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to the firm's established processes, training, and sales methodology.

What Will Set You Apart

  • CFP® or CFA designation, or progress toward obtaining one.
  • Experience conducting financial seminars, educational presentations, or community outreach events.
  • A successful track record of developing new business and converting prospects into clients.
  • Experience working with qualified leads and established marketing funnels.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build credibility with prospective clients.
  • A natural ability to connect with people and make complex financial topics easy to understand.
  • A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to embrace new ideas, challenge the status quo, and adapt to changing business needs.
  • A humble, hardworking, and personable approach with a strong desire to succeed as part of a collaborative team.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Qualified Warm Leads: Work with prospects generated through established marketing programs rather than relying on cold calling.
  • No Book Required: You are not required to bring an existing book of business to join the firm.
  • Established Marketing Support: Benefit from marketing funnels, lead-generation programs, and seminar opportunities.
  • Competitive Earning Potential: Base compensation plus a straightforward production-based commission structure.
  • Professional Development: Access structured training, mentorship, and opportunities to strengthen your advisory expertise.
  • Career Growth: Play an important role in expanding a growing wealth management organization.
