Demonstrated ability to independently lead moderately sized, technically complex projects and coordinate work across functions.
Strong analytical, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform and document engineering calculations and translate results into practical recommendations.
Knowledge of design and drafting practices, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, materials, manufacturing processes, fits, and tolerances.
Excellent organizational, time management, technical writing, and communication skills.
