  • Run the ERA operating rhythm: site reviews, performance dashboards, action tracking and escalation.
  • Implement reliability strategies, including preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis and spare parts and critical asset management.
  • Provide technical leadership for injection molding operations, including press and auxiliary equipment reliability, tooling performance, process stability and downtime reduction.
  • Guide automation integration at the sites, including robotics, AGVs and smart sensors, from concept through sustained operation.
  • Oversee ERA capital project planning and delivery, including scope, budget, schedule and risk.
  • Support sites with AIM (Advanced Initiative Management) activities, including FMEA development, design reviews and CQV for new equipment (FAT and SAT planning).
  • Analyze performance data across sites to identify gaps, share best practices and prioritize improvement opportunities.
  • Build financial cases for reliability, automation and capital investments.
  • Support ERA staffing and capability planning, including hiring, succession and technical training.
  • Communicate progress, risks and strategic priorities to the Director, ERA.
  • Partner with global ERA teams to share best practices and align on standards and innovation.

  • Knowledge of automation technologies, including robotics, AGVs, PLCs and sensor integration.
  • Proven ability to set standards and drive adoption across multiple sites.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Business acumen to build financial cases for capital and automation investments.
  • Ability to drive results and make independent decisions.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or Molding Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in injection molding manufacturing, engineering or reliability, including leadership of multi-site or multi-person teams.
