We’re looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 & Cloud Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can successfully drive multiple projects and priorities at the same time.

This is not a role for someone who wants to simply maintain systems. We’re looking for an engineer who sees opportunities to improve how things work, takes ownership, and moves ideas from problem to solution to implementation.

You’ll be a key technical resource across our Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, cloud, and security environments, while also helping us accelerate the responsible use of AI and automation across the organization.

What You’ll Do Own and Advance Our Microsoft 365 Environment Design, implement, optimize, and support Microsoft 365 technologies including Microsoft 365, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID. Manage and continuously improve our hybrid Active Directory and identity environment, including synchronization between on-premises AD and Entra ID. Implement and support modern authentication solutions including Windows Hello for Business and passkeys. Establish standards, governance, and best practices that improve security, reliability, and the user experience. Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve efficiency using PowerShell and other automation tools. Drive Projects and Solve Problems Take ownership of technical projects from planning and design through implementation and support. Balance multiple projects, priorities, and requests without losing momentum or follow-through. Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud, identity, endpoint, and infrastructure environments. Partner with IT, Security, and business teams to translate needs into practical technical solutions. Bring ideas forward rather than waiting to be told what needs to improve. Support Cloud, Security & Resiliency Provide light administration and support of AWS workloads used by business applications. Partner with infrastructure and security teams on backup, disaster recovery, business continuity, security hardening, and compliance initiatives. Help ensure identity, access, endpoint, and cloud environments meet organizational security standards. Help Lead Our AI Journey Be an internal AI champion and early adopter, exploring how Generative AI can improve IT operations, security, infrastructure, and business processes. Identify practical AI use cases and help move promising ideas from experimentation into real-world application. Promote responsible AI practices while helping teams understand what AI can, and cannot, do. Continuously explore emerging technologies and recommend where they can create meaningful business value.

What You’ll Bring 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and/or engineering experience. Strong technical knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Active Directory. Demonstrated experience supporting hybrid identity and infrastructure environments. Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills. Experience with Windows Hello for Business, passkeys, and modern authentication approaches. Working knowledge of AWS and hybrid cloud environments. Experience with backup, disaster recovery, security hardening, and cloud migration initiatives. Experience using AI tools and technologies in a professional environment, with genuine curiosity about how AI can improve IT and business operations. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
