This role requires attention to detail, strong problem‑solving, and high ethical responsibility. The fast‑paced global airline environment offers opportunities for professional development, continuous growth, and meaningful impact.
As a Manager for Identity Services, you will lead a team responsible for Identity Services technology assets. This includes managing daily activities of the engineering team, security tooling implementation and upgrades, ongoing support of services, quality and testing, and meeting the engineering standards of American Airlines. You will be expected to balance technical oversight, and business alignment to keep the organization’s assets safe while maintaining operational stability. You will be responsible for the collaboration with system administrators, developers, HR, and security teams to seamlessly integrate and support IDM/IGA capabilities across the organization. As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the systems are resilient, running effectively, and smoothly for our customers while empowering and motivating your team.
