Original job description

Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA)

We're a responsive employer. Expect to hear from us within 2-3 business days of applying, so keep an eye on your phone and email for interview scheduling.

Be the First Connection. Make a Lasting Impact. Change Lives.

At Action Behavior Centers (ABC), we help autistic children build communication, social, and independence skills through evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy. As a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA), you'll be the first point of connection for families beginning ABA treatment. You'll guide them through admissions with empathy and care, so they feel supported, informed, and confident from their first phone call to their child's first day of therapy. Working closely with your center's Operations Manager, you'll manage administrative processes and help families understand how ABC can support their child.

The role at a glance

• Position: Full-time, permanent, in-center

• Pay: $19.23-$21.63 per hour, based on experience and market

• Performance bonus: Up to $6,000 per year through monthly and quarterly incentives

Why CAAs choose ABC

Pay & bonuses

• Performance bonus: Earn up to $6,000 each year through monthly and quarterly incentives.

• 401(k) with company match: Save for retirement with a 2% company match.

Career growth & development

• Career growth: Advance to Senior CAA, Assistant Operations Manager, Operations Manager, or corporate roles.

• Professional development: Keep learning through ongoing training and development.

• Leadership opportunities: Take on new responsibilities as you grow your skills.

Time off

• Paid time off: Get 10 paid time off (PTO) days, 10 paid holidays, and two flex days in your first year, with more days added as your tenure grows.

Health, family & wellness

• Health benefits: Get health insurance with up to 90% covered by ABC.

• Family support: Receive a maternity or paternity award of up to $3,000, plus flexible spending account (FSA) options for childcare.

• Student loan support: Get up to $600 in repayment contributions, plus tuition discounts through University Partnerships.

• Wellness perks: Enjoy a complimentary DoorDash DashPass.

Connection & recognition

• Lunch Fridays: Enjoy a complimentary lunch every Friday.

• Teammate events: Join outings, regional recognition nights, and celebrations with your teammates.

Your role

As a CAA, you'll:

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.

• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners.

• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.

• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.

• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.

• Live ABC's Core Values of Caring, Excellence, Team, Learning, and Fun, and serve as a culture role model for your teammates.

What you'll bring

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree

• At least one year of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations

• Experience in an ABA or healthcare setting

• Experience as a Behavioral Therapist (BT) or familiarity with autistic children

• Knowledge of behavioral health, medical documentation, or healthcare terminology

You'll thrive here if you:

• Bring a positive, professional attitude that helps families feel welcome.

• Care about supporting autistic children and their families.

• Show up dependably and lead by example at your center.

• Want to be part of a caring, collaborative culture.

Physical requirements:

• Comfort working in moderate-to-loud environments and interacting with children and families throughout the day

• Ability to perform all essential functions safely and successfully, meeting standards under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), including regular, punctual attendance
