Original job description
- Provide support for local applications and databases; diagnose and fix defects in production and testing environments, etc.
- Provide technical support for office applications.
- Assist with documentation, testing and playing a support role to developers and other Business Analysts on an ad hoc basis.
- Provide ongoing support for Essentials processes.
- Support the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and participate in the development sprints.
- Participate in developing documentation and job aid documents.
- Assist in evaluating MedPro requirements to ensure that service expectations are achievable, and business needs and specifications are developed and met.
- Participate in the Agile development process
- Participate in company and community activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
