THE POSITION:
Under the direction of the Director of Assisted Housing, the Housing Choice Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of the Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa’s (HACCC) high-quality Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) programs within an assigned geographic area of the County of Contra Costa. This position is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of Housing Authority policies, procedures and programs that will ensure the delivery of well managed HCV program activities within his/her area of assignment through a team of clerical and technical staff. The Housing Program Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with all established operating policies and all regulatory requirements.
