At Deacon, we believe in building more than projects, we build connections, opportunities, and lasting partnerships within our communities. We’re looking for a Self Perform Estimator to join our Sacramento team and lead estimating for the scopes of work Deacon performs with our own crews, across a wide range of markets including commercial, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, senior living, and tenant improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who knows what it actually takes to put work in place. The right person brings a sharp eye for labor, material, and equipment costs, strong attention to detail, and the judgment to spot scope gaps before they become problems in the field.
WHO WE ARE
Deacon is a leading general contractor with offices across the West Coast, including Sacramento, CA, Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Boise, ID. For over 45 years, we’ve built projects of every type, from mixed use developments and multifamily housing to retail centers, healthcare facilities, and public works, while maintaining strong partnerships with our clients, subcontractors, and communities.
A culture built on honesty, teamwork, and accountability where people genuinely care about each other and celebrate success together. Opportunities to work on diverse, meaningful projects that make a lasting impact in the communities where we build.
