Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. ESTHETICIAN Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Ko'ele is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.
The Esthetician provides exceptional facial, waxing, and tinting services designed to enhance guest wellness and relaxation. This role delivers personalized treatments with the highest level of professionalism and care while ensuring an outstanding guest experience and adherence to all Four Seasons service, safety, and operating standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide professional esthetic services, including facials, body treatments, waxing, tinting, and makeup applications in accordance with established spa protocols and luxury service standards.
- Perform treatments safely and effectively while adhering to Four Seasons service standards and treatment guidelines.
- Set up, operate, clean, and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and tools to maintain a safe, hygienic, and welcoming spa environment.
- Assist with the preparation, reset, and organization of treatment spaces to support seamless daily operations.
- Educate guests on personalized skincare regimens and recommend products and services to enhance treatment results.
- Promote spa services, retail products, and treatment enhancements that support guest wellness goals and overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of skincare products, treatment offerings, and industry best practices.
- Prepare and maintain wellness hales, including thermal experiences, amenities, lighting, aromatherapy, and wellness equipment to ensure service readiness.
- Deliver personalized, professional guest care while creating exceptional spa experiences and fostering guest loyalty.
- Uphold all Four Seasons policies, safety requirements, sanitation standards, and state licensing regulations.

WHAT TO BRING
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States legal work authorization in United States
- The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.
- Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card
- Hawaii State Esthetician License is require
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts
- Experience with advanced aesthetic technologies and wellness treatments, including oxygen therapy, cryotherapy, microdermabrasion, LED and infrared light therapy, chemical peels, and other specialized skincare services.
