  • Manage the intake, evaluation, prioritization, and roadmap of transformation opportunities, assessing strategic alignment, business value, resource requirements, implementation complexity, dependencies, risks, organizational readiness, sequencing, ownership, and timing.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, responsibilities, dependencies, decision points, success measures, and timelines, while driving project cadence, accountability, and progress against commitments.
  • Lead discovery, requirements, process design, and solution development by facilitating workshops, process mapping, requirements gathering, solution reviews, and alignment across business, operations, Finance, demand management, and technology teams.
  • Develop business cases and value assessments with business owners, Finance, subject-matter experts, and technology partners to quantify benefits, costs, resource requirements, risks, ROI, performance measures, and success criteria that support investment and prioritization decisions.
  • Drive initiatives through implementation, monitoring project health, scope, resources, interdependencies, decisions, risks, and execution barriers, and escalating material issues with clear recommendations, ownership, and required timing.
  • Partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver process, data, reporting, analytics, and systems improvements, including workflow automation, data governance, system integration, reporting standardization, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Copilot-enabled capabilities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to transform business planning and operational processes, including SIOP, short- and long-term forecasting, and strategic planning, to improve process efficiency, forecasting capabilities, data quality, and decision support.
  • Establish and maintain project governance and change-management disciplines, including project charters, decision frameworks, status reporting, risk and action tracking, dashboards, documentation standards, stakeholder communications, training, readiness assessments, implementation support, and project-management tools and templates.
  • Measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement by validating benefits, conducting post-implementation reviews, documenting realized value and lessons learned, identifying further optimization opportunities, and transitioning solutions to ongoing business or system ownership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in business transformation, business operations, project/program management, process improvement, or related functions. A combination of experience and training may substitute for a degree.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition and planning through implementation, adoption, and closure.
  • Strong project management skills, including project planning, prioritization, governance, risk management, dependency management, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Experience developing business cases, value assessments, process-improvement recommendations, success measures, and presentations for business leadership.
