Drive adoption across CRM, performance reporting, financial planning, and proprietary platforms.
Coordinate training, implementation support, platform configuration, and best-practice sharing.
Bring partner insights to product and engineering teams to help inform platform priorities.
Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and deliver coordinated solutions.
Informally mentor junior Partner Success Managers and share effective approaches to partner engagement.
What you’ll bring:
Approximately 7–10+ years of experience, preferably within fintech, wealth management, or financial services.
A background in relationship management, client success, product management, or technology consulting.
Experience managing high-value relationships and leading business reviews with senior executives.
Familiarity with wealth technology platforms such as Salesforce, Black Diamond, Addepar, eMoney, or MoneyGuide.
Willingness to travel to partner offices nationwide approximately 4–6 times per year.
