Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

Drive software delivery improvements through automation and Generative AI.

Shape product roadmaps through customer engagement and data-driven insights.

Oversee engineering quality, productivity, and technical delivery.

Balance technical debt, maintenance, and new feature development.

Collaborate with stakeholders on product backlogs, estimates, and budgets.

Identify emerging technologies and opportunities for innovation.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

2+ years' technology leadership experience, ideally managing globally distributed teams.

Working knowledge of AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.

Experience with Generative AI tools and frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, and LangChain.

Experience modernizing legacy systems and designing cloud-native architectures.

Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong enterprise software architecture and API development experience.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.

Proven experience working within a Product Operating Model.

5+ years' hands-on Java development experience.

5+ years' hands-on React or modern front-end development experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
