Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Preconstruction and Estimating Manager to lead all preconstruction efforts across assigned programs. This role owns pricing strategy, cost estimating, client engagement, and cross-functional coordination to deliver accurate, competitive, and scalable projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction activities, including estimating, budgeting, and pricing strategy • Manage and mentor estimators and supporting project management staff • Develop estimates, scopes of work, and bid packages • Conduct risk analysis and communicate impacts to leadership • Lead client presentations on pricing, preconstruction, and value engineering • Serve as the primary contact for client estimating and preconstruction teams • Support proposal development and business development efforts • Build relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners • Improve estimating processes, tools, and systems • Lead project handoff from preconstruction to operations • Support takeoffs, labor planning, constructability reviews, and subcontractor buyout

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of construction industry experience, including 3-5 years in preconstruction and estimating • Strong knowledge of construction methods, cost structures, and estimating practices • Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders • Proficiency with estimating, project management, and scheduling software • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Professional licenses or certifications a plus

Preference given for experience in Healthcare/Hospital construction, Data Center construction or other Mission Critical construction projects
