Job Details

This is a hands-on maintenance role supporting a large industrial facility. You'll spend your day troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, repairing equipment, and helping keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This role requires regularly climbing silos and elevated structures up to 150 feet. If you're not comfortable working at heights, this position will not be a fit.

This is a true troubleshooting role. We're looking for someone who can diagnose problems and make repairs, not someone who only replaces parts.

You'll regularly work on:

Conveyors and material handling equipment

Electric motors and motor controls

120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems

Allen-Bradley PLCs and industrial controls

Bearings, gearboxes, chains, and rotating equipment

What We're Looking For

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills

Experience with motors, motor controls, conveyors, bearings, and gearboxes

Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams

Experience troubleshooting 120V, 240V, and 480V electrical systems

Comfortable working outdoors and at heights

Ability to work independently and respond to equipment breakdowns safely and efficiently

Preferred Experience

Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting

VFDs and motor drives

Instrumentation

Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

Conveyor or bulk material handling equipment

CMMS experience
