A growing law firm in Rochester, NY is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a foundation in litigation who is looking to take on meaningful legal work, develop their practice, and work directly alongside an established team of legal professionals.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling litigation matters and a working knowledge of New York State and federal laws, rules, and procedures. This is an in-office position offering the opportunity to collaborate closely with colleagues and play an active role in case strategy and client representation.

Job Details

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. • Active New York State Bar admission in good standing. • Prior litigation experience required; ideally 2+ years. • Familiarity with New York State laws and court procedures. • Working knowledge of federal laws, rules, and litigation procedures. • Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. • Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and exercise sound legal judgment. • Must be comfortable working in-office in Rochester, NY.
