Financial Controller

We are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to oversee the company’s day-to-day accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. This role will have a strong focus on General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and inventory control, while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and payroll.

Manage month-end and year-end close processes and financial reporting.

Maintain accurate account reconciliations and general ledger activity.

Oversee inventory accounting, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

Monitor internal controls and accounting procedures.

Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and other financial analysis as needed.

Lead and support the accounting team while partnering with operations and management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, payroll, and inventory accounting.

Experience with ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with strong leadership and communication skills.
