Executive Assistant

$120000 - $130000 per year | Irvine, CA | On-site | Permanent

Join a stable, growing company as a business-minded Executive Assistant supporting the CEO in growth strategy, AI enablement, and revenue generating activities.

A bit about us:

Our client is an established, innovation-driven organization based in South Orange County, California. The company has built a strong reputation for combining thoughtful design, technology, and a commitment to delivering exceptional products and experiences.

The organization is continuing to evolve how it uses technology, AI, and process innovation across the business. With a collaborative leadership team and an entrepreneurial mindset, this is an environment where curious, business-minded professionals can gain broad exposure and have a meaningful impact on how the organization operates and grows.

Why join us?

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. You will work directly alongside the CEO as a trusted partner while also gaining exposure to strategic projects, business operations, technology, and AI initiatives across the organization.

This opportunity is particularly compelling for someone who enjoys being an EA but wants their career to extend beyond calendar and administrative support. You will have the opportunity to:

• Partner closely with the CEO and gain firsthand exposure to executive-level decision-making. • Take ownership of high-priority projects that have visibility across the organization. • Work at the intersection of people, technology, AI, and business operations. • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve how the organization operates. • Build relationships across departments and the executive leadership team. • Explore how emerging AI tools can be applied to real business challenges. • Grow your responsibilities as the role and organization continue to evolve.

The right person is intelligent, curious, highly organized, technologically savvy, and emotionally intelligent. You should be someone who wants to understand the "why" behind the work, is comfortable taking initiative, and is energized by finding better ways to get things done.
