The Role

We're hiring a Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager to lead bid strategy and cost planning across a mixed portfolio of commercial projects. You'll own the estimate from conceptual budgeting through GMP, working closely with PMs, subs, and ownership to win the right work at the right numbers.

What You'll Do

Prepare full conceptual, budget, and hard-bid estimates

Lead subcontractor buyout and scope reviews

Analyze drawings/specs to identify cost drivers and value-engineering opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with subs, vendors, and design teams

Partner with PMs on constructability and project handoff

Track market pricing trends across labor and materials

What You Bring

5+ years in commercial construction estimating/preconstruction

Comfort across multiple project types (not siloed to one sector)

Strong command of takeoff software (On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar)

Sharp communicator - internally and with clients

St. Louis market knowledge a plus
