CT License Required - Bring Your Relationships. Expand Your Platform. Help Shape the Future

A bit about us:

Our client is a well-established and growing Northeast regional law firm with a reputation for delivering sophisticated legal counsel while maintaining a collaborative, relationship-driven culture.

With offices throughout the Northeast, the firm represents a diverse range of clients, including businesses, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, investors, professionals, and private clients.

The firm's multidisciplinary platform allows attorneys to collaborate across practice groups, providing clients with comprehensive legal solutions in areas including business law, litigation, real estate, employment, insurance, professional liability, and private client services.

As the firm continues its strategic growth, leadership is seeking attorneys who want to contribute to that growth and help shape the future of the firm - not simply join an existing practice.

Why join us?

A highly respected Northeast regional law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate & M&A Partner with an established client following to join its growing business law practice.

This opportunity is designed for a partner who wants more than simply transitioning their existing practice. The firm is looking for an entrepreneurial attorney who wants to continue building relationships, expand their book of business, and have a meaningful voice in the continued growth of the firm.

Partners are provided the opportunity to leverage an established regional platform, collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas, and deliver comprehensive legal solutions to clients through a full-service firm environment.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out:

Opportunity to bring and continue growing an established portable book of business

Ability to serve as a trusted advisor to businesses, entrepreneurs, executives, and investors

Strong cross-referral opportunities across litigation, real estate, employment, private client, and other practice areas

Opportunity to have a seat at the table and contribute to the firm's strategic growth

Entrepreneurial culture where partners are encouraged to develop their practices and client relationships

Flexible work environment with autonomy to manage your practice

Competitive partner compensation structure designed around performance, client development, and long-term growth

Opportunity to mentor attorneys and help build the next generation of the practice
