A bit about us:
We are an innovative medical device manufacturing company dedicated to developing and delivering high-quality products that make a meaningful difference in healthcare. Through a commitment to quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, we strive to provide reliable solutions that support the needs of healthcare professionals and the patients they serve.
As a growing organization, we value collaboration, accountability, and entrepreneurial thinking. Our team takes pride in the work we do, the quality of our products, and our ability to adapt and innovate in an evolving industry. We are building a strong foundation for continued growth and are looking for talented professionals who want to contribute to our success.
Why join us?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing medical device manufacturing organization where you can make a meaningful impact and help shape the company's financial infrastructure. As Controller, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the accounting function, improve processes, leverage technology, and partner directly with leadership to support the company's growth.
We offer an environment where initiative, problem-solving, and fresh ideas are valued. Rather than simply maintaining existing processes, you will have the opportunity to drive improvements, enhance NetSuite capabilities, strengthen financial reporting, and help build scalable systems and controls.
For the right individual, this is an opportunity to combine technical accounting expertise with operational business partnership while playing an important role in the company's continued success.
Job Details
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Corporate Controller to lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions for a growing medical device manufacturing organization. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and developing scalable accounting processes to support the company's continued growth. This individual will play a key role in optimizing the company's NetSuite ERP system, improving financial visibility, and partnering with operations and executive leadership to drive business performance.
The successful candidate will be both strategic and hands-on, comfortable working in a dynamic manufacturing environment and building processes that support operational efficiency and financial discipline.
