Controller

$140000 - $180000 per year | Chicago, IL | On-site | Permanent

Hybrid Role in Downtown Chicago

A bit about us:

Founded more than two decades ago and based in Chicago, we are a growing agricultural products and distribution company focused on helping crop growers build healthier, more productive soil. Our agricultural gypsum reaches farmers through distributors in 20 states across the Midwest, Plains and South, plus Ontario, and we work with utilities and manufacturers to turn valuable byproducts into useful farm inputs instead of landfill waste. We're a lean, entrepreneurial team where the work stays close to the business, so the people in key seats see their impact every day.

Why join us?

• Competitive Compensation: Up to [Top End of Salary] base salary (DOE) + Bonuses • 401(k) with Match • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance • PTO & Paid Holidays • Direct Line to Leadership: Work side by side with ownership and senior leadership, with real influence on how the business grows • Room to Build: Shape the accounting function, improve processes and develop a team as the company scales • Hybrid schedule based in Chicago
