Trade Coordinator / Commodity Sales Closer

Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Schedule: Full-time | In Office | Overnight Shift, approximately 10:00 PM–5:00 AM

Compensation: $25–$30/hour + commission

Hiring Timeline: Immediate

Starts off in person, then will transition to remote after training and performance.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a driven, hungry closer to join a growing global commodities trading operation.

This is not a traditional coordinator position. The leads are already generated and qualified. Your job is to take the opportunity, build the relationship, negotiate the transaction, and close the trade.

You'll work directly with buyers and sellers around the world on high-value commodity transactions across a wide variety of industries. Individual trades can generate approximately $20,000 to $1.5 million in profit, creating significant commission and growth potential for someone who knows how to close.

What You'll Do

Take qualified, pre-sale leads and manage them through the full closing process

Communicate extensively by phone with international buyers/importers and sellers/exporters

Understand buyer requirements and work with the seller to structure a transaction that satisfies both parties

Build relationships and maintain consistent communication with all parties throughout the sales process

Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and transaction details

Address concerns and overcome objections to keep deals moving toward close

Manage multiple high-value transactions simultaneously

Coordinate transactions across international time zones

Utilize the company's proprietary technology platform to track and manage trades

Work across a broad range of commodities, potentially including medical devices, food products, rare earth materials, metals, electronic components, and other products

Own the transaction from qualified lead through successful close

What We're Looking For

Strong sales and closing experience, preferably involving complex or high-dollar transactions

Proven ability to negotiate and confidently move a deal toward close

Highly comfortable with heavy phone communication

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Competitive, motivated, persistent, and financially driven

Ability to understand complex transactions involving multiple parties

Strong organizational and follow-up skills

Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of a pipeline

Ability to work the overnight schedule in the Scottsdale office

Commodity or international trade experience is helpful but not required

Backgrounds That Could Translate Well

Automotive sales or finance

High-ticket B2B sales

Capital equipment sales

International trade

Logistics or supply chain sales

Transactional or contract-based sales

Base: Targeting approximately $25–$30/hour, based on experience

Commission: Significant commission opportunity tied to successfully completed trades

Deal Size: Trades can generate approximately $20K to $1.5M in profit
