Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly / Production Associate to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling products and components according to specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble products, parts, and components using hand and power tools.
Read and follow work instructions, production orders, and basic drawings.
Measure, position, align, and secure components during assembly.
Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and proper fit.
Operate basic production equipment and tools safely.
Package, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow company safety procedures and production standards.
Assist with additional manufacturing and general warehouse duties as needed.
Qualifications
Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and reliable work habits.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
Ability to lift and move materials as required by the position.
