Job Duties

Title: Production Operator

Location: Plymouth, MN 55442

Duration: 10-month contract

Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Mon-Thu)

Pay Rate: $19.25/HR

Job Description:

As an Operator, you’ll work under direct supervision, performing routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes.

Responsible for the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell.

Working under close supervision, may perform a combination of assembly, repair, and test operations on pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.

Minimum Education Required

High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Required

Entry-level assembly aptitude (medical device experience a plus)

Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Basic quality awareness and inspection skills

Reliability and ability to work in a team-oriented production environment

some microscope use required for inspection and assembly tasks.

Physical need - approximately 40-50% sitting, 40-50% standing
