• Deliver key performance indicators and operational outcomes in accordance with contractual obligations.
• Perform advanced machinery vibration analysis and troubleshoot complex mechanical equipment problems.
• Conduct multi-channel vibration data analysis to identify potential failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Apply complementary predictive maintenance technologies, including infrared inspections, in-place dynamic balancing, airborne ultrasound inspections, machinery alignment, Operating Deflection Shape (ODS) analysis, and Motion Amplification.
• Manage contractual project scope, schedules, budgets, and performance objectives.
• Build strong partnerships with client teams, identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate internal technical resources and program team activities to ensure effective service delivery.
• Facilitate bearing inspections, Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA), and remanufacturing processes in accordance with industry best practices.
• Coordinate plant equipment rebuilds with external partners, ensuring quality standards and precision requirements are consistently achieved.
• Work with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and support maintenance planning and scheduling activities.
• Prepare and lead operational review meetings with clients, presenting program achievements, performance results, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical leadership and coordinate team activities to ensure successful execution of program objectives.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines advanced vibration analysis expertise with hands-on industrial experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive maintenance improvements in complex operating environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Vibration analysis certification at a minimum of ISO Category III, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• At least 5 years of experience working in an industrial continuous-process environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery vibration analysis and predictive maintenance technologies.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex rotating equipment and interpreting multi-channel vibration data.
• Familiarity with complementary condition monitoring techniques, including infrared thermography, dynamic balancing, ultrasound inspections, machinery alignment, ODS, and Motion Amplification.
• Experience managing maintenance or performance programs, including scope, scheduling, budgets, and contractual deliverables.
• Working knowledge of CMMS platforms and maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience coordinating teams and driving performance toward operational goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and cross-functional teams.
