• Oversee common data environments and multidisciplinary model coordination efforts.

• Act as a BIM Owner's representative on major capital projects.

• Support digital transformation initiatives across the design, construction, and operations lifecycle.

• Collaborate with clients, internal experts, and field teams to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective project execution.

• Contribute to process and technology strategy, implementation, and rollout planning.

• 5–10 years of experience delivering BIM and VDC implementation, training, and support.

• At least 5 years of experience providing BIM coordination services on major, complex projects.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating BIM model updates, performing clash detection, and communicating results to stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and other relevant design and coordination software.

• Knowledge of primary building systems, including foundations, structural elements, walls, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, fire protection, specialty and conveying systems, and interior finishes.

• Understanding of construction sequencing and the assembly of different building systems.

• Ability to read and interpret construction contracts.

• Authorization to work in the United States.

Benefits

• Salary: $105,000–$120,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses. Final compensation will depend on skills, qualifications, location, and experience.
