Accountabilities:

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate strategic priorities and OKRs into actionable execution plans, ensuring alignment with customer and business objectives.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, platform, and engineering teams, coordinating dependencies and maintaining delivery momentum.
  • Bring clarity to complex programs by connecting business objectives with execution plans, identifying risks, removing obstacles, and ensuring teams maintain sustainable delivery practices.
  • Monitor program performance through meaningful delivery and outcome metrics, using data to improve predictability, identify bottlenecks, and support informed decision-making.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics to identify emerging risks, generate insights, improve documentation, and recommend opportunities to optimize delivery.
  • Facilitate collaboration between senior product, design, and engineering stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, effective prioritization, and shared accountability.
  • Coach teams in adopting healthy operating rhythms, autonomous ways of working, and data-driven delivery practices.
  • Contribute to the evolution of program management frameworks, tools, and processes to improve execution consistency and organizational effectiveness.
  • Promote responsible AI adoption and encourage innovative approaches that enhance collaboration, productivity, and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading complex software programs in Technical Program Management, Engineering Program Management, or similar roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing multi-team initiatives across product, platform, or infrastructure environments.
  • Demonstrated experience translating strategic objectives and OKRs into execution plans, managing dependencies, assessing risks, and monitoring delivery performance.
  • Proven track record delivering complex, large-scale software or SaaS programs involving multiple teams and technical domains, including product, platform, and data.
  • Strong technical understanding of modern software systems, including system architectures, APIs, and integration patterns, with the ability to participate in technical design discussions.
  • Proficiency with program and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or equivalent platforms for planning, tracking dependencies, reporting progress, and maintaining stakeholder visibility.
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to identify cross-functional dependencies, interpret delivery metrics, anticipate challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience using data and performance indicators to improve delivery predictability, workflow efficiency, and business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with applied AI concepts and practical experience using AI tools for analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
  • Understanding of responsible and ethical AI practices within software engineering and technology environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to technical teams, product partners, and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, resolve conflicts, build consensus, and align stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Strong ownership mentality, initiative, and adaptability, with the ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous or complex situations.
  • A collaborative and coaching-oriented mindset, with a passion for empowering teams, encouraging autonomy, and improving organizational delivery practices.
  • Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and a commitment to using AI and innovation to enhance how organizations collaborate, learn, and execute.
